Great city views greeted me as soon as I checked in. the room size was ample, and the bed comfortable. the location made it easy to get around to nearby attractions.

I felt isolated from the staff, and they weren't very helpful when I needed assistance. I also had no access to the hotel pool, which was a real bummer.

Amazing view, accommodating staff, convenient location, excellent breakfast buffet, great gym and club floor lounge.

A perfect romantic escape, with breathtaking views and cozy atmosphere. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the city's best attractions by foot. We were delighted to find a Japanese Restaurant inside the hotel, with delicious food and a great experience. Our room was clean and spacious with extra comforts of the bathtub and other details. The attentive staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was not open during our stay. It would have been a great addition to our romantic getaway.

From the exclusive amenities to the top-notch service, everything was impeccable. the Spa & wellness centre was the highlight of our trip - the heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and private facilities were all exceptional. the restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious special diet menus and an impressive range of dishes. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were fulfilled. The location advantage was unbeatable, with easy access to the city's best landmarks and tourist attractions. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered during our stay at the hotel was the limited options to find vegetables at dinner. Other than that, our experience was fantastic and memorable.

I had an exceptional stay at the Swiss Grand in Nanchang! The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking river view from my upgraded room. The location of the hotel was perfect, just opposite the famous Tengwang Pavilion. The breakfast offered a great variety of Western and Chinese dishes, and the gym and pool were top-notch. The best part, however, was the warm and friendly service I received from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic amenities, stunning views, and outstanding customer service.
